安康作为华夏文明和中华民族的核心发祥地，富含深厚的文化底蕴，经由历朝各代文化更迭，逐渐形成了复杂多元的地域文化，既集“东西荟萃”“南北交融”，又富“巴风楚韵”“秦习蜀俗”，形成了安康独有的“精神胎记”和“传承基因”。

As one of the core places of Chinese civilization birth, Ankang has a solid cultural base and gradually forms its complex regional culture, which involves the style elements and customs of the Qin, Chu, Ba, and Shu cultures and serves as its unique spiritual mark and inherited gene, through dynastic alternation of many cultures.

巴蜀文化奠定文化基因，荆楚文化构筑设计的根基，在安康的风俗民情、人格心理中注入了更多的秦风楚韵；秦文化、中原文化，乃至羌氐文化，为文化增色添彩。借色彩力量表达空间情绪，兼收并蓄，集万花于一束，熔众家为一炉。

Ba-Shu culture plays a fundamental role in the culture gene. With The Jing-Chu Culture as the basis of architectural design, the design brings more style of Style in Qin Dynasty and Folk Songs of Chu State in Ankang’s local customs and personality. With an all-embracing attitude, the design has absorbed the essence of many different cultures and expressed the space emotion by virtue of local culture.

安康博元•幸福城项目服务于社区老人及接纳本地需要服务护理的老人，一个不同年龄段的需求匠心打造全龄化社区空间。

The project Boyuan • Town of Happiness of Ankang, a full-age community residence fulfilling the needs of different ages, provides service for community elders and other local senior citizens who need care.

“We’ll build rooms on water and cover roofs with lotus leaves, making aromatic grasses into walls and purple shells into platforms, and painting the hall with fragrant Chinese peppers.”

空间中融入优美的山水景色，点缀“秦风楚韵”的文化产物，在这里进行一场交流与相遇；不仅仅满足身体层面的舒适，更是精神层面追求。

设计中引用诗人王维《终南别业》中的意境：“行到水穷处，坐看云起时；偶然值林叟，谈笑无还期。”创造一个时光小镇，还原生活的宁静和质朴。老人们可以谈古论今，闲话家常，谱写属于他们的故事。

The residence has beautiful landscape and is decorated with the cultural elements of the Qin and Chu styles. Meeting and communicating here makes people not just physically comfortable but also spiritually joyful. 

Our design creates a small time town to bring back peace and simplicity just as the poet Wang Wei described in the My Retreat at Mount Zhongnan, “Walking along a river to the end; looking into flowing clouds in the distance. In a few times, talking with local people too happily to forget to go back home”. Here, senior citizens could have small talks from the ancient to the present and tell new stories of their own.  

源于安康得天独厚的风景及人文特色优势，我们从老人的生理特征、心理变化，空间环境等方面出发，打造一所属于他们“秦岭故地，汉水风韵的养老生态家园”。

Taking advantages of the unique view and humanistic feature of Ankang, we’ll build a regional eco-friendly endowment home of the Qin and Han cultures from the aspects of senior citizens’ physiological characteristics, psychological change, residential environment, etc.   

自然的一切，总是在对立中感受到生命的谐和。

正如春天给人花开的喜悦，秋天花落凋零的感伤，但必须看到春天的喜悦，秋天的感伤，生命才完整。

每个个体，存有不同的生命状态，如在完成一场行走的生命美学。看过了青山的高亢，晚年有了更多宽阔处的从容。我们思考的晚年生活，是内心回归平静，以自然、健康、精致的乐活态度，让身心灵获得释放的安放之地。

Everything in nature brings us a chance to feel the harmony of life through antithesis

Spring embodies the joy of blossoming while autumn conveys the sentimental feelings of withering. But we have to admit that both of them are an indispensable part of life.

Each individual poses different life statuses, seeming like moving life esthetics. One becomes more calm and relieved after experiencing significant events. In our idea, life for the elderly must be tranquil in inner heart and peaceful emotionally with a natural, healthy, delicate and positive attitude.

孟子曰：“老吾老，以及人之老。”为老人做的设计，是特殊的设计，是需要花心思的设计，是有温度的设计，也是触及我们未来的设计。

Mencius said “Regard the aged as our elders.” Design for senior citizens is special, conceptual, warm. It touches our future.

安全与舒适需求、精神依托需求、归属与亲近需求、尊重与交往需求、自我实现需求。对老年人身心需求的探讨是关注老人的情感和内心世界表现，对医养空间设计的起到支撑作用。

Safety & comfort need; psychological dependence need; belongingness & intimacy need; respect & intercourse need; self-fulfilling need. Talking about senior citizens’ physical and psychological needs shows attention to their inward emotions, which plays a supporting role in our design for medicare & eldercare residence.

AWARENESS

空间情感化设计引导老年人从生活中寻找积极的体验，帮助老年人发掘自己与他人的同一性和差异性，找寻自己心理与生理的平衡点，与自己与环境和谐相处。

老年人通过重新观察、体验周遭事物，使他们的感觉器官能够对外界刺激做出恰当的反应，提高对周围事物和自身生活的觉知。

Our emotion design guides senior citizens to seek positive experience from living. It helps senior citizens in digging their identity and diversity from others, finding the balance between psychology and physiology, and co-existing in harmony with the environment.  

By observing and experiencing peripheral things again, senior citizens could give appropriate responses to external stimuli and improve their awareness of surroundings and their own life.

积极的空间引导，创造互动空间和社交空间鼓励老年人开展成就性活动，老年人的情感特质能够不断被发掘。长此以往，老年人自我存在感得到提升，对自己的认同感加强，找到在社会和群体中的正确定位。

Our positive spatial guidance by creating interactive space and social space encourages senior citizens to carry out achievable activities and helps digging their affective characteristics. In the long term, senior citizens will have an improving sense of being and a better sense of self-identity, and they will find a proper position in the society and crowds.

EMPATHY

养老建筑空间设计，不仅能够使老年人获得自我的沉浸体验，更能够促进群体活动的产生，使老人在团队活动中提升“整体”的概念，彼此之间相互学习相互配合，感受他人的情感变化，丰富自己的情感体验。在积极心理学的观点中，认为在群体里，当老人的学习目标与追求一致时，就能在精神层面和行动层面产生某种共鸣。

Our design for eldercare residence could not only bring senior citizens self-immersing experience but facilitate teamwork, in which elders could improve the concept of “entirety”, learn from and cooperate with each other, feel others’ emotional changes, and enrich emotional experience. From the standpoint of positive psychology, elderly people in a team could have sympathy on mental and behavioral levels when they share the same learning goal and their pursuit. 

阿尔伯特·爱因斯坦曾说过，“一个社会最终将由它对待老年人的方式来评判”。

Albert Einstein ever said “A society will finally be determined by the way in which it treats senior citizens.”

培养主观幸福感

CULTIVATE SUBJECTIVE HAPPINESS

构建老年人最核心的体验是主观幸福感

空间设计一方面应该促进社交活动的产生。另一方面应兼具激励性和支持性，重点在于空间的氛围、空间环境兼容不同的情感需要，刺激并吸引老人持续的注意力。

The sense of well-being is the core of senior citizens’ living experience. 

Besides facilitating social activities, residential design should be motivating and supportive. The focus is that the residential atmosphere and environment should meet different kinds of emotional needs, arising and holding senior citizens’ lasting attention.

提高老年人自尊

IMPROVE THE DIGNITY OF THE ELDERLY

空间设计对创造老年人归属感和控制感有重要意义

老人忽然的角色转变，社会关系的复杂化到简单化，会使他们产生巨大的心理落差，从而产生失落感和排斥感。归属感和控制感的提高有利于塑造老年人的高自尊心理。

Residential design is significant to creating senior citizens’ senses of belongingness and dominance. 

Due to sudden role transition and great social simplification, senior citizens have a sharp drop in psychology, thereby arising the senses of loss and repulsion. Improvement in the senses of belongingness and dominance does good to building up senior citizens’ self-respect.   

“天上的每一颗星，都是爱过我们的人，只要你真的相信，你就是最幸福的人。”这是电影《人生大事》中的一句台词。电影里讲的故事，到了现实生活中，那就是如何给老人们提供一个不仅老有所依，而且老有所“医”的康养去所，打造一个兼具“ 互动、 活力、 自由、 有趣、 多维度体现自身价值感”的体验式空间。

As the lines in a very good film called The Most Important Events of Your Life convey, “Each star in the sky is a person who ever loved us. Believe it and you’ll be the happiest.” When it comes to reality, the story told is about how to provide a healthcare residence where dependence and medical services are accessible Create an “interactive, energetic, free and funny” experiential space reflecting self-worth from different dimensions 

对老年居住空间的精细化设计，可以积极地激发长者的积极生活情绪，为长者创造一个积极、有意义和充实的生活环境。结合老年群体特殊的心理特征，注重老年人居住空间的情感化设计，用空间设计激发长者积极生活情绪，给与老人更多的人文关怀、尊重老年人的个性特点和情感需求，提高他们的生活质量和幸福感。

Our refinement design for senior citizens’ residence could motivate senior citizens’ positive emotions and create a significant and fulfilling living life circumstance. In combination with senior citizens’ special mental characteristics, we pay attention to sentiment design for senior citizens’ residence, intending to motivate their positive emotions, to give them more humanistic care, to respect their individual features and emotional needs, and to improve their life quality and sense of happiness.
